This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Mincy Pets order is processed and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Total time to receive your order = processing time + delivery time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any available free-shipping offers or thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to customs, carrier delays, high-volume periods, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in an unusually long time, or you believe your package is lost, contact us at support@mincypets.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
