Refund & Return Policy

At Mincy Pets, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@mincypets.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (see Damaged or Incorrect Items below). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@mincypets.com with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of a replacement or provide a full refund, including any return shipping, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any product that has been used, washed, or is not in its original condition. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the original (subject to this policy) and place a new order. If you'd like help arranging an exchange, email us at support@mincypets.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from approval, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mincypets.com.
